Radon system was not operating properly and large openings around the pipe were allowing bats to enter the home. Fancy web site doesn't mean the work was done properly. No ground on switch or box-electrocution hazard Contractor used thin wall pipe and cold weather cracked the pipe.

contractor did not use proper pipe and fittings Thin wall pipe sweats on humid days and eventually the drywall and wood become saturated with water. HVAC contractor installed the piping – no tight seal or fire dampers. System had to be taken apart, installed properly and repair the drywall.

Radon fan installed in a basement. Fan was full of water. System had to be taken apart and mount the fan outdoors. we have diagnostic equipment to located and remove radon HVAC contractor installed this radon system in a basement. We had to relocate fan above the garage attic and repair piping.
