Owner had chicken wire on his ceiling in the basement to keep the bats out. We cut out old system a contractor installed improperly and installed a better system on the front corner of the home. Once old system off could seal holes and keep bats out.

Owner called and said there radon fan quit running and installer was out of business. We traced wiring they installed and found they used nails to anchor the wire and it was shorting out in the crawlspace. Could have caused a house fire.
